Did you observe how while pronouncing the name 'Chitrakoot' we immediately had various thoughts, meanings and ‘Chitras’ forming in our minds. The word seems to narrate a story of it's own with an immense historical significance, giving us a desi - rural vibe to it. The word 'Chitrakoot' actually means 'the hill of many wonders’.

Kalanjali by capturing the many stories hovering around this district of many wonders in India, pays homage to our ancient folktales narrated to us by our older generation in the lap of nature. Thus, our summer collection is inspired by the artistic elements of the famous child friendly bed time stories, Jataka & Panchatantra tales.
