Ajrakh ,an ancient handcrafted block-printing technique from Sindh .400 years ago, at the behest of the King of Kutch, Khatri community settled near the banks of Dhamadka river to practice this beautiful craft.

The motifs hand drawn & hand carved on wooden blocks use techniques that are in complete harmony with nature where in the sun, river, animals, trees and mud are all part of the making .
