Mustard blockprinted Kalamkari Gicha border Chanderi saree with fluttering butterflies and leafy climber motifs of the saree inspired by the picturesque Äraku valley in Andhra Pradesh.The thread tassels at the pallu edging enhance the ethnic look. A Kalamkari saree is truely unique. It is hand printed with natural dyes .The process involves 23 meticulous steps right from preparation of various of natural dyes to multiple times boiling, river washing and sundrying .Irregularities in print or colour are not defects but a unique identification for a handcrafted product.
