Olive green floral blockprinted Kalamkari Gicha border Chanderi saree with motifs inspired by the picturesque Äraku valley in Andhra Pradesh. The thread tassels at the pallu edging enhance the ethnic look. A Kalamkari saree is truly unique. It is hand printed with natural dyes .The process involves 23 meticulous steps right from preparation of various of natural dyes to multiple times boiling, river washing and sun drying .Irregularities in print or color are not defects but a unique identification for a handcrafted product.
